Locum Jobs Online  is collaborating with Alumni Healthcare Staffing to fill a qualified General Surgery NP role at UMH Sparrow Lansing Hospital, Lansing, MI.

The role involves 4‑day, 10‑hour shifts, 1 in 4 weeks on call from home, and 1 weekend per month. The applicant will round and support a team of cardiac and vascular surgeons. There are no operating room responsibilities.

Typical patient load: about 15 patients per day on average, higher on weekends (15–30). The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center and uses Epic EMR.

4‑day, 10‑hour workweek. 1 in 4 weeks on call. 1 weekend shift per month.

Provider is compensated on a locum basis. Facility reimburses flight, hotel, mileage (IRS standard rate), and rental car. Additional standard locum benefits may be negotiated. The hourly rate is 1/2 of the regular rate for 10‑hour days. Holiday: 24‑hr on call, night call, call back conversion.
