Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative, physician-led Level III NICU team. This role involves providing specialized inpatient care for critically ill and premature neonates in a structured, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to neonates in the NICU
- Conduct assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of high-risk infants
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams for care planning
- Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR
- Educate and counsel families regarding neonatal conditions and treatment
- Support stabilization and ongoing management of critically ill newborns
- Work flexible shifts (24-, 10-, and 8-hour schedules)

Requirements- Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Successful completion of an accredited NNP program
- Active Michigan nursing license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Clean malpractice and license history
- Ability to complete hospital credentialing process
- Full-time schedule with flexible shift options
