CNA Nursing Assistant (Dimondale, MI)

Our Nurse Aids are more than just caregivers; they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while assisting with activities of daily living. CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team identify potential medical issues. CNAs are a fundamental part of our nursing team.

You will earn: up to $22.55 - $26.90 per hour.

• Starting wages $19.15 - $22.55 per hour based on years of certification
• Shift premium $0.75 - $1.50 for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Schedule:

8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays. Full time or part time. 2nd shift available 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium). 3rd shift available 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes $1.50 per hour shift premium).

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans (bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, morning and evening mouth care, shaving, dressing).
• Record nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPR, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.

• Completed an approved nurse aide training program with current certification from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and completing tasks.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures.

Location: 4000 N Michigan Rd, Dimondale, MI 48821. Surrounding area within a 15‑mile radius includes Dewitt, Holt, Okemos, East Lansing, and others.
