M-F, 8a-5p, Days (no nights/weekends/holidays)

• Coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
• Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on issues related to patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor departmental compliance with applicable requirements, including accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission.

• Current Michigan RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• Minimum 4 years of health care experience.
