Munson Healthcare Paul Oliver Living and Rehabilitation Center seeks to pre‑hire nursing school graduates into long‑term care and short‑term rehab nursing. Upon committing to a job you will receive $7,500 before starting practice, and upon passing boards an additional $2,500.

All nursing students graduating within a year are eligible. Applications will be screened and interviews offered to selected students. Selected candidates receive an offer and agreement with a two‑year work commitment. Awards are made after acceptance and signing. Award recipients are placed into full‑time positions with full benefits after graduation.

Vaccination requirements: employees must be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. Flu vaccine is required annually.
