Advisa Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse to provide private duty in‑home care for clients in Bath, MI. This role involves working independently with patients to deliver individualized care plans while honoring their preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.
Shift schedule: 1st and 3rd shifts available, 12‑hour shifts, PRN.
Qualifications- Current Michigan Nursing License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
