Pay: $17–$18/hour + $3.40/hour Hero Pay

Facility Size: 39 Beds

Must hold current license to practice as a CNA.

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Understand and practice infection control procedures

• Comply with all documentation/record‑keeping policies including vitals

• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately

• Completed CNA/STNA Course / State Licensed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Service‑oriented mentality with a thirst for learning

• Positive, dependable, and team‑focused attitude

• Excellent attendance
