Our CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that are key in helping our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our Nursing Assistants as they are a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Starting wage $18.00 per hour
• Plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay
• Yearly wage increases
• Hourly wage of $21.40 per hour starting wages (as announced)

• 12-hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time or part-time availability

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide: bathing, activities of daily living related care, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing, etc.
• Perform and document vital signs, nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well-being
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to the nursing team

• Must have caregiving experience
• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current CNA Nursing Assistant certification required from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
