Registered Nurse (RN) – Dimondale Nursing Care Center

Position located in Dimondale, MI. Registered Nurses deliver specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You will evaluate patient needs, administer care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Up to $43.55 per hour on nights. Shift premiums: $4.00 per hour (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) and $5.00 per hour (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM). Hero pay: $3.40 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $12,000 for full-time, $6,000 for part-time. Yearly wage increases.

• Full‑time 12‑hour day or night shifts, rotating weekends and some holidays.

• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications and advise patients, families on medication changes, treatment plans, and condition changes.
• Provide preventative and supportive care for physical and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with patients, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team: assign duties, provide training, and contribute to performance evaluations.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Michigan.
• Current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem resolution.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with commitment to innovative care.
