About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is partnering with AMN Healthcare to fill a Telemetry RN position in Detroit, Michigan, 48201. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will monitor and care for patients with cardiac and medical needs at the facility.
ResponsibilitiesProvide patient monitoring and assessment for telemetry patients.
Administer medications and interventions as ordered.
Document all nursing care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
Required QualificationsRegistered Nurse with a Michigan RN license or valid compact state license.
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
5 years of telemetry experience.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
