Qualifications:
- Current RN license, valid in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with various surgical procedures and instrumentation
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to changes promptly
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe, efficient care
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols
- Document procedures and patient responses accurately
- Participate in pre-op and post-op patient education
