Experience with one or more: ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, CMMC/NIST 800-171, AIAG Core Tools.
- Operate as an independent consultant
- Travel as projects require
- Submit professional reports
- Provide consulting support for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Perform internal audits, supplier audits, gap assessments, and management system evaluations.
- Support clients with ISO-based management system implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
- Provide client training and guidance related to quality processes and requirements.
- Review existing processes and documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports, findings, corrective action recommendations, and improvement plans.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with client personnel.
- Manage assigned projects independently while meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Extensive experience with Quality Management Systems within manufacturing environments.
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of ISO standards.
- Experience performing audits, assessments, and process evaluations.
- Experience supporting corrective action and continual improvement activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional consulting experience preferred.
- Copies of applicable training certificates for all management system standards the consultant is qualified to support.
- Lead Auditor certificates, where applicable.
- Professional certifications and licenses, if applicable.
- Additional qualification records may be requested by Eagle Group USA, Inc. to verify qualifications prior to assignment.
This position requires travel to client locations to support quality management system consulting, audits, assessments, training, and improvement activities. Travel requirements may vary based on client needs and project assignments.
- Ability to travel domestically as required, including day trips and overnight travel.
- Estimated travel may range from 25%–75%, depending on assigned projects and client locations.
- Must be available to travel to manufacturing and industrial client facilities.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain appropriate automobile insurance coverage are required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional extended hours to support client requirements.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in a variety of manufacturing environments.
The consultant must be able to perform essential job functions, including:
- Walking and standing for extended periods while visiting client facilities.
- Navigating manufacturing environments, including production floors, warehouses, and inspection areas.
- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by client facilities.
- Sitting for extended periods while reviewing documentation, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
- Lifting or carrying light materials, documents, or audit supplies as needed.
