Del Taco - Up to $61000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report.;
Ensure the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times and foster continuous learning.;
Deliver the Del Taco Brand by executing standards and using our processes and systems 100% of the time.;
Maintain the facility and customer areas, equipment, and adherence to cleaning schedules and safety standards.;
Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets by managing staffing, inventory, and local store marketing opportunities.
