Del Taco - Up to $19.23/hour - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and retain all restaurant employees in compliance with the employee position report; ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training process at all times.;
Developing and growing team members; evaluating performance; recommending salary increases; administering disciplinary action, suspension, and/or termination.;
Deliver the Del Taco brand by executing standards and maintaining facilities, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and uniforms; ensuring consistent service and signage.;
Drive sales by identifying goals, optimizing staff placement, increasing customer counts and average check, and supporting local store marketing and promotions.;
Maintain profitability by managing staffing, inventory, cost targets, and compliance with labor laws, cash handling, and vendor management.
