Retail Team Leader

Job Overview

As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder) you will lead store operations, manage staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role is a step toward future leadership positions.

Location: 7835 Convention Blvd., Warren MI 48092.

Pay: $18-20/hour (based on experience).

Monday – Saturday 7 AM – 8 PM, Sunday 9 AM – 6 PM.

• Open and close the store.
• Complete daily store operations and tasks.
• Unload, organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to store.
• Maintain merchandise – product rotation, food handling, receiving, and quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and drive sales.
• Handle cash – bank deposits, giving change, and preparing registers.
• Build and train the team, supervising sales associates.

• 1–2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height.
• Availability for a flexible, full‑time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to safely operate power equipment (slicing equipment, walkie lifts, forklifts) where applicable.
• Ability to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and work shifts at other local stores.
• Minimum age 18 (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre‑employment checks: drug screen and criminal background check.
• Basic computer skills.
