Retail Team Leader (Key Holder)

Location: 7835 Convention Blvd., Warren, MI 48092.

Pay: $18–20 per hour (based on experience).

• Open and close the store.
• Complete daily store operations and tasks.
• Assist in unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store.
• Maintain merchandise – product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, ensuring product quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service – build relationships, problem‑solve, and build sales.
• Handle cash – bank deposits, provide change for cashiers, set and count registers.
• Help build and train the team; supervise sales associates and support their duties.
• Develop leadership skills while aiding in staff performance.

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, and lift above shoulder height frequently.
• Physically able to safely operate power equipment (slicing equipment, walkie lifts, forklifts where applicable).
• Schedule availability: flexible, full‑time including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability and willingness to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and work shifts at other stores in local area when required.
