Pay

Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage in the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates focus on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
