Assistant Manager

Full-time position overseeing store operations, hiring, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards in a fast‑service pizza environment.

• Manage supervisory duties, staffing, scheduling, and crew performance during shifts.
• Control costs, inventory, cash, and food management to meet business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and merchandising standards.
• Execute marketing initiatives and support profitability objectives.
• Carry out general store duties: set up equipment, stock supplies, prepare products, accept and process telephone orders, record inventory, and clean the facility daily.
• Use POS and keyboard systems to enter orders and calculate accurate monetary change.
• Navigational skills to locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Communicate effectively with customers and crew via phone and in person.

• Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
• Proficiency in keyboard or touchscreen order entry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
• Map reading and navigation within delivery boundaries.

• Attend all required training sessions.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable transportation.
• Adhere consistently to all company policies.
