Retail Team Leader (Key Holder)

$18-20/hour (based on experience)

Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM;
Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

As a Retail Team Leader you will be accountable for opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and leading the sales team. You will focus on customer service, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

• Open and close the store according to schedule
• Assist with daily store operations and tasks
• Unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
• Maintain product rotation, proper food handling, and ensure product quality
• Provide excellent customer service, relationship building, and problem‑solving
• Handle cash, bank deposits, and register reconciliation
• Train and supervise sales associates and develop leadership skills

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressive responsibility
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height
• Availability for a flexible, full‑time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Safe operation of power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts
• May need to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and work shifts at other stores in the local area
• Minimum age 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass pre‑employment checks, including drug screen and criminal background check
• Basic computer skills
