As a Sales Specialist, you will support our sales team working with customers and internal teams. You will help drive account success through customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales support activities.

Job Duties:

* Maintain knowledge of TSS products, pricing, policies, and procedures to support customer needs

* Participate in customer presentations and support meetings as needed

* Provide ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customers

* Process and submit sales orders and reports in Salesforce, Quick Books, and Net Suite

* Partner with field sales and commercial teams to support customer growth and satisfaction

* Maintain organized and structured workflows for tracking customer activity and sales processes

* Coordinate with internal teams including sales, design, and production to meet customer expectations

* Support trade shows and events as a representative of TSS when needed

* Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reporting

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

* Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

* Experience with Salesforce, Quick Books, and Net Suite desired

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related roles

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

* Prior experience in the car wash or industrial equipment industry, preferred

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills

* Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Hours for this position are onsite Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
