Sales Manager (Roofing) | Base Pay + Overrides + Performance Bonuses
We’re hiring a high-performance Roofing Sales Manager to lead a growing team and drive serious revenue. If you can coach closers, build culture, and hit aggressive targets
, this role offers base salary + overrides + performance bonuses.
- Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
- Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching
- Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Proven record of strong sales performance
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Competitive base salary plus team performance overrides
- Additional performance-based bonuses
