Essential Job Functions- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
- Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
- Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
- Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) is a plus.
At DXC, compensation is influenced by experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and competencies. A reasonable estimate for this position is $109,600 – $164,400. Full‑time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
