The organization is driven by long‑term relationships built on trust and mutual respect — with clients, partners, and team members alike. Their work spans diverse project types and requires a high level of coordination, accountability, and attention to detail.

Joining this team means being part of a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and professional growth. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a career in an environment that prioritizes both performance and people.

The Growth Sales Architect leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a scalable growth operating system across O’Brien Construction and O’Brien Interiors Group. This strategic role strengthens business development performance, improves pipeline management, accelerates qualified sales lead generation, and supports expansion across multiple states and markets. The Growth Sales Architect helps opportunities move efficiently from initial contact through proposal and close while supporting long‑term growth objectives and disciplined pursuit strategies.

The Growth Sales Architect provides strategic and operational leadership for business development processes, including pipeline design, opportunity tracking, CRM optimization, and growth‑focused workflows. This role creates systems that improve prospect engagement, increase qualified pipeline generation, and bring greater consistency to the sales cycle. By integrating data‑driven processes and performance metrics, the Growth Sales Architect helps ensure growth activities are aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.

Success in this role will be measured by stronger qualified pipeline generation, better visibility into sales activity, more consistent follow‑up, and profitable growth across multiple markets. The Growth Sales Architect will establish practical systems that help leadership evaluate opportunities, prioritize pursuits, and track progress against growth goals.

This role works closely with executive leadership, business unit leaders, operations, estimating, marketing, and project teams to align growth priorities with operational capacity, market strategy, and client relationship goals. The Growth Sales Architect must translate strategic direction into practical workflows that teams can adopt and execute consistently.

  • Creative and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of urgency, self‑motivation, and the ability to turn growth concepts into disciplined, repeatable execution.

The ideal candidate is a strategic builder who enjoys creating structure where growth activity is underway but not yet fully systemized. This person should be equally comfortable developing high‑level growth strategy, using AI and data tools to improve efficiency, and building repeatable processes that help the company identify, pursue, and win the right opportunities.
