Position Overview
Amplity, a full‑service partner to biopharma companies, is seeking a CNS Sales Specialist to drive sales and revenue in their territory. The role focuses on engaging healthcare professionals, promoting client products, and meeting program objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Meet or exceed territory sales goals and objectives.
- Manage daily sales activity and performance according to defined expectations.
- Profile and manage a targeted list of HCPs.
- Create and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Effectively and compliantly communicate with customers using approved messaging and promotional aids.
- Verify and complete required daily call activity data entry in CRM.
- Listen and respond to customer needs and questions.
- Create and maintain a positive impression with customers and the client.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, policies, and data guidelines.
- Participate in national, regional, and district meetings, training sessions, and represent the client at conventions.
- Successfully complete all required client and product training.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (required).
- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; life science or other relevant sales experience required.
- CNS experience a plus.
- Track record of sales success.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, integrity, and high‑level selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong initiative, resilience, and results orientation.
- Sound decision‑making skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex medical terminology.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and embrace challenges.
- Top business‑planning skills and a winning mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend related meetings (including overnight and/or weekends).
- A valid U.S. driver’s license and safe driving record (required).
- Maintain training, vaccinations, and other documentation required by hospitals or healthcare providers.
- Obtain any necessary representative licenses for specific jurisdictions (e.g., District of Columbia, Chicago, Nevada, Oregon, Jacksonville Memorial Health in Florida), as applicable.
Base salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 (may vary based on market data and applicant qualifications). Additional compensation may include a bonus. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
