Bayer is seeking a Channel Field Sales Representative IV for Southern Michigan. You will achieve targets for Bayer products in coordination with the squad and act as trusted advisor to retailers and dealers, selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products.
You’ll develop dealer business plans, forecast, manage inventory and product demand, travel about 60% and mentor junior reps, working with field teams to maximize growth and program execution.
