• Support incident response program, create playbooks and case reports for security incidents.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the company's network and systems.
• Work closely with networking and systems teams to ensure hardware and software are well maintained with latest security patches.
• Conduct security awareness training for all staff members using training software.
• Research, implement, and maintain endpoint security solutions and strategies to prevent unauthorized access, malware, and data leaks.
• Report overall security program metrics to management.
• Perform audit of users’ access, privileges, and accounts.
• Identify, protect, detect, and mitigate security intrusion attempts.

• Full time onsite work.
• 2+ years security analyst or higher experience.
• 4+ years total IT experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with multi-functional teams.
• Team player, sharing and expanding own understanding of technology via cross training.
• Effective business communication and technical writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• ISC2 CC, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+ GIFC, CCNA, SSCP, or CEH certificates.
• Experience with SOC/SIEM, Anti-Virus Management, Email Security, O365 Admin Center, Azure, SharePoint, and Windows OS.
