Job Duties

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates
Information gathering

Following organizational security activities
Following organizational process or policy changes
Preparing reports related to security matters
Possess and maintain a valid state‑issued driver’s license
Perform interior and exterior patrols (including stairs)
Work for extended periods in the elements
Stand for prolonged periods of time
Able to lift up to 60 pounds as needed

Requirements

Security, law enforcement or military background of at least 2 years or more
High School Diploma or GED
Contact and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and analytical ability
Highly motivated, service‑ and team‑oriented with attention to detail
Face‑to‑face discussion skills
Availability for overtime as required

Physical Conditions and Benefits

Must be in good physical condition, able to remain in the elements for extended periods, perform foot patrols, and lift 60 pounds.
