Security Officer
Security supports the mission of the Hospital by providing a safe environment for patients, visitors, volunteers, and employees. Also responsible for enforcing policy, providing assistance and directions, and responding to emergencies and providing protection to personnel, visitors, and property.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; additional languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of investigation procedures, de-escalating violence, hospital security, and protection mechanisms.
