What You’ll Do:

  • Hands‑On Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, performing preventative maintenance to keep our systems in top shape.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Use your logical skills to locate and resolve issues across various systems and machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Proactive Solutions: Dismantle machinery, replace defective parts, and keep inventory levels optimal by managing parts and supplies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Train production workers on routine maintenance tasks and provide expert advice to help troubleshoot any issues.
  • Safety First: Uphold a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Multi‑Skilled Tasks: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest shop machine manuals, processes, and industry guidelines.
  • Communication: Work independently while communicating effectively with all levels of the company, ensuring smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related maintenance experience.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions such as high noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
