Job Details
We are offering a $2000 sign‑on bonus for all new hires, paid in two installments: $1000 at 90 days and $1000 at 180 days.
Pay range: $28.05 – $40.10 per hour, based on skills and experience. There is potential to progress quickly within levels based on completed training and demonstrated skills on the job.
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Responsibilities & Knowledge- Perform welding, cutting, electrical repair and troubleshooting.
- Remove and replace motor shafts, couplings, pumps, augers, water pipes, valves, lines, and systems.
- Read and understand assignments.
- Communicate orally and in writing.
- Apply basic math and operate electrical and pneumatic power tools and equipment.
- May be required to read drawings and schematics of hydraulic and basic electrical systems.
- At least six (6) months of work experience within the last 12 months.
- Minimum two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background documented in work history.
Vocational or college education in industrial maintenance.

Prior Tyson WorkersCandidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to three (3) times of employment.
