, you will play a crucial role in transforming custom residential and commercial landscapes. Responsibilities
  • Execute landscape installation projects, including planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, hardscapes, and finishing touches.
  • Read and interpret detailed design plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution on-site.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of hand tools and small equipment, such as shovels, edgers, trimmers, and saws.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and foremen to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Adhere to company standards for craftsmanship, job quality, and safety protocols.
  • Proactively identify problems early and help implement effective solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, vendors, and other team members.
Qualifications
  • Valid Chauffeur’s License or ability to obtain before the first day of employment.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on landscaping experience (design/build preferred).
  • Familiarity with reading and implementing construction and planting plans.
  • Proficient in using landscape tools and installation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of plant installation, hardscape layout, and site grading.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of landscape construction.
  • Formal coursework or certification in landscape construction, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Plant identification skills and horticultural knowledge are preferred.
  • Previous experience with pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems, or low‑voltage lighting is preferred.
Compensation

Starting pay at $19 per hour with competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.
