REQUIREMENTS – READ THIS CAREFULLY

We’re not looking for perfect—we’re looking for capable, driven people who can perform and grow

Minimum Requirements

6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees)
Valid driver’s license
Strong problem‑solving ability (you can think, not just follow steps)
Able to work independently AND as part of a team
Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT

Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There)

ASE certifications
Michigan Heavy‑Duty Mechanic License
Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software

Physical / Work Environment

Lift 35+ lbs regularly
Bend, kneel, squat, and work in a shop environment
Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
Must pass drug & alcohol screening
