Service Technician

We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians with at least 5 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. Refrigeration knowledge is a plus!

• Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 per year plus bonuses.

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional service and address their HVAC needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a mechanical contractor.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and periodic drug screenings.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.

• 8‑hour shift, day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Year‑round work.
• Overtime available.

• Must be able to commute to Dexter, MI 48130.
• Must be able to relocate to Dexter, MI 48130 before starting work if currently more than 25 miles outside of service area.
