As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Water Mitigation/Mold Remediation Lead to join our team!
As a Restoration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing restoration projects related to water mitigation and mold remediation. You will manage a team of Technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, safely and in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong knowledge of restoration techniques and a commitment to delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

- Lead water and mold remediation projects, including water extraction, drying, cleaning and removal
- Supervise and train a team of technicians, ensuring high‑quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform inspections, moisture mapping and damage assessments.
- Develop and implement remediation plans and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with home or business owner, Supervisors, Managers and other parties involved in the restoration process.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow IICRC standards and other industry best practices.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in water damage mitigation and mold remediation preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work overtime/weekends when needed.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in challenging environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to maintain a valid chauffeur license.
