As a Renovation Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and prioritize renovation needs
• Collaborate with our maintenance team to plan and execute renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and highest quality standards
• Perform tasks such as painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation-related duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Work closely with other departments, including operations, housekeeping, and administration to ensure seamless communication and coordination
