LR Management is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician in Michigan with apartment maintenance experience. You will handle general repairs and preventative maintenance while interacting with residents to resolve service requests.
Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, move in/out inspections, and upkeep of common areas. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; weekend/on-call flexibility is expected.
