Maintains plumbing systems including installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair as assigned;
Inspects areas regularly and performs maintenance to keep facilities functional and serviceable;
Completes daily/weekly/monthly checklists for pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures;
Repairs plumbing components such as replacing defective washers, mending broken pipes, and clearing clogged drains;
Reports major maintenance needs and recommends corrective actions as appropriate
