Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to individuals receiving behavioral health and community-based services
• Develop personalized employment and life-skills plans aligned with client goals
• Teach job readiness skills such as interviewing, workplace communication, and time management
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, case managers, and families to support person-centered care
• Assist clients with job search activities, employer outreach, and onboarding support
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust coaching plans as needed
• Advocate for workplace accommodations and inclusive employment practices
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
