Qualifications:
- Active Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) licensure required
- Previous school-based experience preferred

- Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality and adhering to school policies
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct social work services to a caseload of approximately 15 students (split between general education and special education)
- Coordinate and implement targeted interventions in collaboration with another School Social Worker
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to create student support strategies
- Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school standards
- Advocate for students well-being within the school system
