React Native Developer at Eliassen Group – Warren, MIType:
Contract-to-Hire

• Rebuild a mobile application from native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) to a React Native codebase with minimal native code.
• Work within a small team to recreate the existing feature set in a new React Native codebase.
• Adopt established coding patterns, best practices, tooling, frameworks, and reusable components already used in similar projects.
• Create documentation, implement observability, and adhere to best practices and organizational standards.
• Maintain and debug live applications.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of mobile development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with React Native.
• Proven experience contributing to software project delivery.
• Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and automated testing solutions.
• Experience maintaining and debugging live applications.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field – preferred but not required.
