Job Description & How to Apply Below

Elite Truck Driver / Traveling Driver
- Class A
- Penske Logistics

Go where you're needed most-and get paid to do it.

This isn't a typical CDL‑A role. It's designed for experienced, reliable drivers who want variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact. As part of Penske’s Elite Driver team, you'll travel to support critical operations, help launch new business, and step in where strong drivers are needed most.

If you're adaptable, dependable, and take pride in getting the job done right, this is a unique opportunity to stand out.

Qualified candidates will hold a current CDL‑A, have at least 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years. This role offers true flexibility—assignments are at least three weeks, with the option to extend and continue traveling as long as it works for you. Preferred candidates will have hazmat and doubles endorsements.

and Benefits
  • $2350+ per travel week
  • Includes $350/week per diem

  • Option for one full week off every month
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement plans with company contributions
  • Short‑ and long‑term disability; life and AD&D insurance
  • Company‑provided uniforms and safety footwear
  • Driver referral bonus up to $5000
  • Safety recognition programs

What You’ll Do
  • Travel regionally and nationally to support Penske operations

  • Support operations during special projects
