The Picker will work in a team environment and will be responsible for selecting product and loading pallets for shipment. This position works in a fast‑paced warehouse.

• Pick cooler and freezer products for shipment.
• Pick the appropriate quantity of product from the slot as indicated on the computer terminal; scan items to confirm accuracy.
• Lift and place products on pallet.
• Secure cases using tape dispensers and pallet loads using pallet wrap.
• Use various warehouse equipment, including hand carts or pallet jack.
• Perform regular warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist other departments as needed.

• Must be able to work the night shift.
• Must be able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to lift, push or pull 50–100 lbs frequently and consistently.
• Must be able to kneel, twist, reach above shoulder level, and reach forward repeatedly.
• Must be able to undergo exposure to temperatures of 37 degrees for the duration of the entire shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• High school diploma or GED.
