** Job Summary
** The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and packaging customer orders for shipment in a manufacturing environment. Associates receive printed or electronic picking tickets and retrieve products according to order specifications before packaging them for shipment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Receive and review picking tickets for customer orders
* Locate, pick, and gather products per order requirements
* Verify item accuracy, quantities, and condition before packaging
* Package picked items according to shipping and quality standards
* Label and prepare completed orders for shipment
* Maintain correct inventory counts on stocking items
* Deliver packaged orders to the appropriate shipping or staging area
* Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process
* Communicate inventory shortages, order discrepancies, or damaged items to supervisors
* Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Ability to read and follow picking tickets accurately
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Warehouse, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required
** Work Environment:
*** Active role requiring frequent walking throughout the facility
* Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
* Repetitive picking and handling of materials
* Lifting, pushing, or pulling products and packaged orders (within defined weight limits)
* Manufacturing and warehouse environment with noise, equipment, and production activity
* Ability to focus on accuracy while working at a steady pace
