Warehouse Clerical support.

Our Distribution Center is located in Warren, MI. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse clerk to join our team. In this role, you will provide support in managing the facility's administrative and physical supply chain. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and organization, you will be a perfect fit for this team.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (This can be discussed during the formal interview)

Job Description

As a Warehouse clerical associate you will assist in managing the facility's administrative and physical supply chain. You will track inventory levels, enter data, into our warehouse management system. This includes reconciling incoming orders, fixing discrepancies, keeping track of packing slips and filing reports. Must maintain the delivery appointment book on a daily basis for dock workers and must be comfortable answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities
  • Reconciling incoming orders.
  • Fix discrepancies from stock orders.
  • Keep completed packing slips with printed accounting report.
  • Match invoices to completed packing slips/orders and then approve.
  • Maintain delivery appointment book daily for dock workers.
  • Answer phones when needed.

Job Requirements
  • Must have a valid license for a minimum of 2 years (no major violations, no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, or in the past 5 years if under 25 years, and no more than one at-fault accident).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Pass background check & drug screen.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with both arms.
  • Open to learning new tasks if needed.
  • Comfortable with using computer, knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
