Our Distribution Center located in Warren MI is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to keep our warehouse looking clean and running smoothly.
- Morning shift required, available till 4pm.
( This position excludes cleaning of restrooms and harsh chemicals)
Job DescriptionWarehouse Janitor
- Clearing of boxes, debris and trash from the necessary zones
- Sweeping of the warehouse floors including the dock area.
- Clearing of the pallets in the aisles and main floor
- Taking out the trash to the dumpster as needed.
Must be open to learning different jobs and tasks
The position includes long periods of standing and moderate lifting
Responsibilities /Qualifications include- Operate a pallet jack ( Hilo preferred not required)
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed & any accidents or injuries are promptly reported to management.
- Handle yourself as a professional
- Notify manager of any problems
- Pass physical and limited drug screen
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Undergo and passing of a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
