This is a fully onsite position, working 36 hours/week, Tuesday-Friday!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented programs associate to support program operations, grant administration, community initiatives, and organisational effectiveness.
This individual will serve as a key operational partner, helping manage grant processes, maintain data integrity, coordinate projects, support reporting efforts, and ensure efficient execution of programmatic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and relationship-building are equally important.
Key Responsibilities Program & Grant Administration- Support the full lifecycle of grant-making programmes from application through evaluation
- Maintain grant documentation and records
- Assist with due diligence activities and organisational reviews
- Track grant timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate communications with nonprofit partners and stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives across programmes
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Prepare and organise documentation for audits and compliance reviews
- Assist with office operations and administrative functions
- Support cross-functional projects and organisational initiatives
- Maintain accuracy within grants management and reporting systems
- Generate reports and analyse programme data
- Assist with survey administration and data collection efforts
- Monitor performance metrics and outcomes
- Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Conduct research related to community initiatives and programme opportunities
- Support stakeholder engagement activities
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on strategic projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of project coordination, programme administration, operations, executive support, nonprofit, foundation, or grants administration experience
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Nonprofit, foundation, philanthropy, or grant-making experience
