We’re looking for a Full-Time Admissions Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of our admissions process,
build census
, and help create an exceptional experience for every resident and family who walks through our doors.

This is not a back-office role.
This is a people-focused, relationship-driven position where you directly impact the success of our facility.

• Manage and coordinate all admissions from hospitals, families, and referral sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
• Respond quickly to inquiries and convert leads into admissions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient transitions
• Help drive and maintain strong facility census

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, responsive, and results‑driven
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment where follow‑up matters
• Experience in admissions, healthcare, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus—but we will consider the right personality
