BIM Coordinator – On-Site Contract – Lordstown, OH

Location:

Lordstown, OH (preferred) or Atlanta, GA

Position Type: 3 Month Contract (June-September)

Schedule:

1st Shift (Standard Construction Project Hours)

Pay: $4,000-$5,000 per month

• Serve as the primary on-site BIM Coordinator for an active construction project
• Run clash detection and coordination workflows using Navisworks
• Identify, track, and resolve clashes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Maintain and update federated BIM models throughout the construction phase
• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors, designers, and project teams
• Create and distribute clash reports, issue logs, and coordination documentation
• Support RFIs, design changes, and construction coordination activities
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Provide ongoing BIM coordination support through project completion

• Proven BIM coordination experience on active construction projects
• Strong clash detection experience required
• Proficiency with Navisworks Manage and Revit required
• Experience with AutoCAD, Tekla, ArchiCAD, or other BIM tools is a plus
• Ability to manage coordination meetings and communicate across multiple disciplines
• Strong understanding of construction coordination workflows and documentation
• Experience with Procore, BIM 360, or similar construction platforms preferred
• Familiarity with US construction standards and fast-track project schedules preferred
• Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related construction background strongly preferred
• BIM certifications such as CM-BIM are a plus
