We partner with locally owned dental practices to provide operational support—so doctors can focus on what they do best: caring for patients and leading great teams without the pressures that are often put on corporately owned practices. We're excited to welcome a dentist who's ready to grow with us and eventually step into the primary provider role.

This is a practice where you'll have real clinical autonomy and the freedom to practice comprehensive dentistry—without a corporation telling you how to diagnose or treat your patients.

• A collaborative, experienced team of assistants, hygienists, and front-office support
• Modern operatories, digital technology, and efficient systems that make the day run smoothly
• Full-time opportunity (4+ days/week)
• Guaranteed daily pay of $1,000–$1,200/day (indefinite guarantee)
• Quarterly bonus opportunity: 32%–35%+ of personal collections
• $20,000 Sign-on bonus available
