Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services within Core Civic facilities in Ohio. This role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, offering flexibility and consistency.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care
- Improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Collaborate with medical and facility staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with guidelines
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Ohio PT license in good standing
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
